Buy a pack once and send a letter after each sale, already paid for. Your letters go into your account and never expire. Each one is printed in a handwriting-style font, folded into an envelope and mailed First-Class, postage included.

From $1.75 a letter: 10 for $25, 50 for $100, 100 for $190, 250 for $462.50 or 500 for $875, plus sales tax where it applies. Your letters never expire.

Within 90 days of buying them, you can ask for a refund of the ones you haven’t used: we refund what you paid, minus the letters you’ve already sent at their regular price ($3 a letter, $11 Certified, $15 for a flat & tracked mailing up to 30 pages). If what’s left is worth less than $15 at what you paid, we’ll refund it any time you ask. No fees.

How it works.

  1. Buy a pack.

    Your letters go into your account for that email, usually within a minute.

  2. Write your letter.

    After a sale, write your letter and choose Letter ($3).

  3. Use your letters.

    Sign in with that email and choose “Use my letters”. The letter is paid for, and we print and mail it.

Good to know: sign in at dealershipthankyou.com/account to see your letters, buy more and send to a list. Color is +$1 a letter, by card. Certified letters come 10 for $100 on your account page. Bought a code before? Move its letters into your account there.
