Customer thank-you letters, mailed after the handshake.

Thank a buyer after delivery or a customer after a service visit, from the person who sold or serviced the car. We print it in a handwriting-style font, on your dealership’s letterhead if you like, and mail it from $3.

From $3 a letter plus sales tax where it applies: $3 First-Class, $11 Certified, $15 flat with tracking. Paper and postage are included.

Write a customer letter from $3

From $3 a letter plus sales tax where it applies: $3 First-Class, $11 Certified, $15 flat with tracking. Paper and postage are included.

Before you write.

What should a thank-you letter for a car purchase say?

Thank the customer by name for choosing you, mention the car, and give them a direct way to reach you. A few sentences is plenty. See what to write in a thank-you note to a car buyer.

Can each salesperson or service advisor send their own?

Yes. Every letter carries the name you type in the sign-off, so it can come from the person who sold or serviced the car, with the dealership’s logo and their own contact details as the letterhead.

Can we also write to customers after a service visit?

Yes. Service thank-yous, ownership anniversaries and referral thank-yous start from the same letter types. You write the words.

Is it handwritten?

No. Your words are printed in a handwriting-style font on letter-size paper. Nobody writes it with a pen, and we never say otherwise.

How much does it cost?

$3 for a letter folded into a standard envelope and mailed USPS First-Class, $11 by USPS Certified Mail with tracking, or $15 mailed flat in a rigid mailer with tracking (+ sales tax where required). Your logo and footer are included. Bulk mail merge is $3 a letter, $2.50 from 10 letters, or $2 from 50, folded and mailed USPS First-Class.

Can we thank every customer from last month at once?

Yes. Bulk mail merge takes a CSV of names and addresses and prints and mails each letter individually: $3 a letter, $2.50 from 10 letters, or $2 from 50, folded and mailed USPS First-Class.

How does tracking work?

Certified and flat letters ship with a tracking number, and we email it to you so you can follow it to the door on the tracking page. A $3 First-Class letter has no tracking; we email you the day it’s mailed. Delivery time depends on the carrier.
